In 1993, A medical doctor and his family returned to India to establish a Medical Clinic and a Hospital in the city of Hyderabad. A few months later, when the clinic was built and almost ready, Dr. DAR Joseph was walking about the clinic when he heard the Lord say – ‘This is going to be my Church, not a medical clinic’…’  Dr. Joseph and his wife, Dr. Vimala, accepted God’s calling in their life. They gave up their medical professions and established Jerusa Prayer Home. From its humble beginnings of 4 people, God has blessed the Church to multiply manifold… Today over 500 families call Jerusa Prayer Home their Church. Later, Rev. Drs Vimala and DAR Joseph established Jerusa Prayer Ministries (JPM) which includes Jersua Prayer Home, Prayer Summit India (A non-denominational prayer movement, founded by the Drs., that spawned hundreds of prayers cells across the twin cities of Hyderabad-Secunderabad. www.prayersummitindia.org) , VimalaAmruthaDhara (A weekly TV program on Subhavaartha Channel), Worships CDs and Medical Clinics (Dr. Vimala conducts free clinics regularly).

For over 15 years, JPM has supported dozens of missionaries from all over the world… In 2009, God opened the doors for JPM to minister the Lord’s word in places like Minnesota, New Jersey, Maryland, New York, Washington D.C, Philadelphia and Virginia.

Through the years, some things never change – At the core of it all, it’s all about Jesus and our passion is to let people know that the Lord Jesus is the only way to the Father and that His truth shall set people free…..
